James Andrew Graham b: 19 April 1863 in Rockland Twp., Venango Co., Pennsylvania, d: 25 Oct. 1937 in Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, son of Samuel S. and Nancy [Graham] Graham who were both born in Venango Co., Pennsylvania also. James Andrew Graham married before 1888, Nancy [Nina/Nannie] Mitchell born in 1867 in Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania and died 17 March 1936 in Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, Nancy Mitchell was the daughter of Michael and Harriett [Highfield] Mitchell. James Andrew and Nancy [Mitchell] Graham are buried in Franklin Cemetery, Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania. James and Nancy Graham had the following known children; Ralph F. b: 1888, Vern Lawrence b: 17 Oct. 1889, Jessie D. a female, b: 1894, Earl b: 1898, Hazel b: 1901, Loraine O. b: bet. 1894 - 1904, Donald H. b: 1906, Dorothy M. b: 1908, Paul b: 1911 and Theodore b: 1914.

2. Ida Stetler and Verne Graham jpg 89.0 kb Vern Lawrence Graham b: 17 Oct. 1889 in Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, died 12 July 1935 in the Pool Hospital, Port Clinton, Ottawa Co., Ohio. Vern Graham is the son of James Andrew and Nancy [Mitchell] Graham. Verne Graham married in Port Clinton, Ottawa Co., Ohio, on 4 March 1912 to Ida Belle Stetler born 25 January 1889 in Gypsum Village, Portage Twp., Ottawa Co., Ohio and died on her birthday 25 January 1967 at the Stetler homestead in Gypsum Village, Portage Twp., Ottawa Co., Ohio. Ida [Stetler] Graham was the daughter of Harry Robert Stetler and Jennie Julia Koepke. Vern and Ida Graham had no children of their own but adopted two children; Jay Crosby Graham [note: Jay's his middle name is Crosby] and his sister who is still living. Jay Crosby Graham was born in 1923 in Ohio and was a WWII causality, he was Machineist Mate 3rd Class on a vessel in the Solomon Islands which was torpedoed and was reported missing in action and he was presumed to be dead on December 1, 1943 according to a article in the newspaper. His mother Mrs. Ida Graham was notified by the Navy Department. Vern, Ida and Jay Graham are buried in Riverview Cemetery, Port Clinton, Ottawa Co., Ohio. Vern L. Graham was in Company C, 38 Infantry Ohio in WWI.

3. Annabell and Loraine O. Graham jpg 27.5 kb Loraine O. Graham b: bet. 1894 - 1904 in probably Franklin, Venango Co., Pennsylvania, daughter of James Andrew & Nancy [Nina/Nannie] [Mitchell] Graham, m: Paul Sewickley. I don't know who Annabell belongs to and I have no dates of birth or death for either Paul Sewickley or Annabell Unknown. Loraine Graham is a sister to Vern Lawrence Graham b: 17 Oct. 1889. This picture was taken in the mid 1920's in Ottawa Co., Ohio, probably at Bay Point in Marblehead, Ottawa Co., Ohio, where the Stetler family held their reunions.
