5. Samuel Plumer Home

In 1867 Samuel Plumer built this home located at the corner of Liberty and 15th Street. The Queen Ann style has decorative paneled gables and combines classical and Victorian ornamentation to form a striking eclectic building. The home is presently the Peach Basket Bed and Breakfast
